This Privacy Policy explains how Aggie Home Solutions, LLC
("Aggie Home", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects
information when you use the Aggie Home mobile
application (the "App") or visit
aggiehomesolutions.com.
The App is an internal field-operations tool used by Aggie Home
employees and contractors to manage subscriptions, scheduled jobs,
customer records, payments, and field activity. We also collect
limited information from our service customers (the homeowners and
property managers we serve) so that we can deliver and bill for the
services they have agreed to.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
Account information for employees: name, email, phone number, role, and login credentials.
Customer information created by our staff during a sale or service visit: name, service address, billing address, phone number, email, signed service contracts, and notes about the work.
Payment information: card details are entered directly into a Stripe-hosted form. We never see or store full card numbers. We retain only the brand, last four digits, expiration month/year, and the Stripe customer/payment-method ID.
Photos and signatures that staff capture during a job (before/after pictures, signed contracts).
Voice input when a staff member uses the in-app voice assistant ("Chad"). Audio is sent to our voice-transcription provider, converted to text, and discarded; only the resulting text command is retained as part of the activity log.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Precise location, while the App is in use, for two purposes: (a) auto-filling addresses on the door-canvassing map when a staff member drops a pin, and (b) satisfying Apple's Tap to Pay on iPhone requirement that location be available at the moment a card is read. Location is not tracked in the background.
Time-clock entries: clock-in and clock-out timestamps that employees create themselves while on the job.
App activity: pages viewed, features used, in-app errors, and basic device information (device model, operating system version, app version) used to diagnose problems.
Push-notification tokens so we can send job assignments, schedule changes, and chat messages to the correct device.
1.3 Information from third parties
Stripe returns payment statuses, charge IDs, dispute notices, and tokenized card metadata after a transaction.
Twilio returns delivery status for the SMS and call messages we initiate.
To create, schedule, complete, and bill for the services our customers have purchased.
To send appointment reminders, receipts, schedule changes, and service-related notifications.
To compute and pay employee commissions, hourly wages, and bonuses.
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
To comply with tax, employment, and consumer-protection laws.
To improve the App through aggregate, non-identifying analytics.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with:
Service providers that operate the App on our behalf: Supabase (database + authentication), Stripe (payments + card-on-file storage), Twilio (SMS + voice messaging), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI assistance, server-side only), Expo / EAS (mobile delivery and updates), Google (push notifications via Firebase).
Service customers, when sending them their own contracts, receipts, or service notifications.
Law-enforcement or regulators when we are legally required to do so, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect a person from harm.
A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.
4. Data retention
We retain customer and job records for as long as a customer maintains
an active relationship with us, and for up to seven (7) years
thereafter to comply with tax and warranty obligations. Employee
records are retained for the duration of employment plus the period
required by applicable employment and tax law. Voice recordings used
to power the in-app assistant are discarded immediately after
transcription.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access,
correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we
hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
California residents also have rights under the CCPA / CPRA,
including the right to know what categories of personal information
we collect and the right to request deletion.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at
aggiehomesolutions1@gmail.com
with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within
forty-five (45) days.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you
believe a child has provided us with personal information, please
contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit
using TLS. Sensitive credentials such as session tokens are stored
in the device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
Full payment-card numbers never touch our servers — Stripe handles
card capture and storage end-to-end. We restrict employee access to
customer data by role and audit administrative actions.
8. International users
The App is operated from the United States and the data we collect
is processed and stored in the United States. If you are accessing
the App from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer
of your information to the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we
will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material
changes will also be announced inside the App.
